1tsp fish sauce
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp light soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
0.5tsp salt
2tbsp corn or tapioca starch
2tbsp sesame seeds

Add 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice and a dash of pepper to the chicken.
Mix well and leave to season for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in the oven for 10 minutes at 150C. To save time on pre-heating and electricity, you can opt to toast the seeds in advance in larger batches and store in an airtight container for future uses.
Add in corn starch and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.
Line the air fryer tray with baking /cooking paper and place chicken pieces on the paper skin side up in a single layer.
Air fry chicken pieces in the air fryer at 200C for 18 minutes.
Remove chicken pieces from air fryer and serve hot.
