- Add 4 cloves of peeled garlic. Chop at speed 6 for 4 seconds. Scrape down.
- Add 30g cooking oil and 10g sesame oil. Add 6 rashes of cut bacon and sauté at stirring speed for 6 minutes at 120C.
- Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp soup stock. Saute for 2 minutes, stirring spoon speed and 120C.
- Insert the butterfly whisk.
- Drain the mixed vegetables and add to the TM bowl.
- Saute for 2 minutes / 120C / stirring spoon speed.
- Add half the cooked rice on one side of the butterfly whisk and the other half on the other side. Distribute the rice evenly between both sides of the whisk.
- Remove measuring cup and stir fry at speed 1 / 120C for 2 minutes.
- Remove butterfly whisk carefully.
- Serve hot with chopped spring onions, seaweed powder or furikake if desired.
