How to cut and serve a whole chicken

I had originally posted this as a recipe but I realised I should have done it as a post instead so here it is. Follow the video tutorial to learn how to cut and serve whole chicken the traditional Asian way. To start, split the chicken into 2 halves lengthwise from neck to back, cutting through the breastbone and backbone then follow the video tutorial below to cut and serve each half of the chicken.
